I keep on saying how good dog Obelix is, how good results he got in shows, field trials and hunting. But to acknowledge a dog to be one of the great dogs in the history of the breed he must also pass his great characteristics to his children. Being perfect alone soemtimes is not good enought. But last weekend Obelix has shown that his name will be written in the history of the breed most likely with bold letters. This year Obelix was an acknowledgment to the superb capabilities of Obelix as a producer. Earlier this year his son Don z Czarnego Dworu was BOB and World Winner and last Weekend in European Dog Show another son of Obelix, Diogenis of Step Haus Zoric won BOB and European Winner title. As if this was not enough of a success, almost all classes in males were won by sons of Obelix. Champion class was won by Avaline Poker, Working class was won by Don z Czarnego Dworu and Open class was Won by Diogenis. What is even more important is that all three come from different mothers which prooves that Obelix can be a good match to any female. The great producer ability of Obelix was also recognised by the President of the FCI Mr Hans Muller who awarded to Obelix on friday 3rd Best in Show at Progeny Category.
